GENERAL TERMS AND STUDIO RULES — VenFit Italia SRL

1. ACCESS AND REQUIREMENTS

Access to the studio and training sessions is reserved for adults (18+) who have a valid membership and have completed the health declaration.

A medical certificate of fitness for non-competitive sports activities is not mandatory. The Client is required to complete the initial check-up and health declaration fully and truthfully, providing accurate information about their health status and promptly reporting any changes.

2. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Training sessions take place in small groups (maximum 4 people) with a trainer. Sessions must be booked through the studio's booking platform. The training sessions included in the membership may be used within the respective validity period of the membership.

3. CONDUCT AND HYGIENE

The Client is required to respect the scheduled times, staff, other clients and the studio's hygiene rules. The Client's personal EMA suit is stored and sanitized by the studio and is used exclusively by that Client.

4. PROPER USE AND SAFETY

Training sessions take place exclusively under the supervision of a trainer. The Client agrees to follow the trainer's instructions, immediately report any discomfort or adverse symptoms, and not use the equipment independently.

5. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

EMA training is a sports and fitness activity based on medium-frequency technology. It does not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy.

6. LIABILITY

VenFit is liable for damages within the limits provided by law. Any limitations of liability prohibited by the Italian Consumer Code are excluded. VenFit is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.

7. IMAGES

Any photographs or video recordings for promotional purposes will only be taken with the Client's separate prior written consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

8. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data, including health-related data (a special category of personal data pursuant to Article 9 GDPR), is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as subsequently amended, and in accordance with the privacy notice provided to the Client.

9. AMENDMENTS

VenFit may modify opening hours and studio rules for organizational reasons, providing appropriate notice. Changes that negatively affect the financial terms will not apply to ongoing memberships without the Client's consent.
